Founded in 1994, SRT Supply is a premier solution provider to large U.S. government agencies, including federal law enforcement as well as major branches of the U.S. Military, National Guard and to U.S. allied countries. We built our company based on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to work tirelessly to provide our end users with the highest quality products and industry-leading customer service. We design solutions that solve the challenges that face our end-users, helping them to achieve success, regardless of their requirements and their mission. 

We have an extensive network of best-in-class product suppliers that, along with our multiple procurement platforms, enable us to tailor solutions to meet the needs of our diverse set of end-users. Glen McClary Chief Executive Officer

Glen is the CEO of SRT Supply. He is focused on providing strategic and organizational leadership to the company as it fulfils its mission to serve our end-users.

Glen is an experienced attorney and private equity investor, who for many years served as managing partner for one of fastest growing law firms in the Southeast. He led the firm during a period of rapid growth, scaling the firm by ten-fold, growing it into one of the largest litigation firms in the State of Florida.

Glen graduated from the University of North Florida and received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida State University.

Christopher Brown Chief Financial Officer

Christopher is the CFO of SRT Supply. He is focused on driving growth and operational improvement throughout the company. Prior to SRT, Christopher held numerous leadership positions with Multinational Companies, leading businesses with P&L responsibility in several different global markets.  

Christopher graduated from the University of North Florida and earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The London School of Economics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Smith Business School at the University of Maryland.

Dan Hayes Chief Sales & Product Officer

Dan serves as the company’s Chief Sales & Product Officer. Dan has an expert level of understanding of all types of tactical gear and equipment that are critical to protecting federal law enforcement and military end users. He is passionate about product innovation in the tactical industry, specifically in finding new applications that can save lives.

Dan is a Co-Founder of Federal Eastern International (FEI), a premium supplier of ballistic protection and other police equipment to local, county and state level law enforcement across the US.

Dan attended Marion Military Institute, and has participated extensively in tactical training. He brings extensive product focused innovation and training expertise to the business, and has a proven track record in building global relationships with both suppliers and end users.

Cory Olson Vice President of Sales

Cory serves as the company’s Vice President of Sales. Having served 21 years in the US Military in multiple leadership positions, Cory brings direct first-hand experience to support our end users, regardless of their mission.

More recently, Cory served five years at Pelican Products as Director of Government sales, seven years with 5.11 Tactical as Director of Government Programs, and four years at General Dynamics in Strategy and Business Development. In these roles, he has supported all branches of the US Military and Federal Agencies.

Cory has led sales teams to annual revenue numbers of up to $400M. As a leader, Cory strives to achieve the highest standard of operational effectiveness
